Actually this is just a fake picture of Obama. We know that this era is for Masked Rider Decade, and Obama style very much like when Tsukasa Kadoya want to transform intoMasked Rider Decade.

He is the real Masked Rider Decade with his Decade card going to transform...

Masked Rider Decade is the 10th of the Heisei run of the Masked Rider Series. His design is based on a striped shield bug. While it is unknown that Decade himself has other forms,Decade can transform into any previous Masked Rider with access to that respective Rider's powers and weapons.

Back to the point, although the official S.I.C has not release it, Several people already custom it into Masked Rider Decade. Decade looks great here, this action figure is made by Keno.

I still watch Masked Rider Decade and now it reach episode 8. I hopes it will show the great rider battle more.
